- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

- Full payment is required at the end of the ride, based on the chosen payment method.
- Find My Cab’s liability for any damages arising from our services is limited as per the regulations of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Find My Cab shall be resolved amicably, and if necessary, under the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
