LOST AND
FOUND POLICY
At Find My Cab, we understand how distressing it can be to misplace personal belongings, especially while on the move. Our Lost and Found Policy is designed to outline the procedure for retrieving items that may have been left in one of our vehicles.
Immediate Reporting: If you realize you have left an item in one of our cabs, please call us immediately at +447904005014. The sooner we are informed, the higher the likelihood of recovering your item.
Online Reporting: Alternatively, you can report a lost item through our online form below.
Verification: Once we receive a report of a lost item, we will coordinate with our drivers to check the vehicle. If your item is found, we will inform you and arrange for its return.
Item Collection: Found items can be collected from our office at 5 Saxon Close, Ely, England, CB6 1TE during business hours.
Please bring identification and be prepared to describe the item in detail.
Storage: Unclaimed items will be held for a period of 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity or disposed of.
Inquiry: You may inquire about lost items by calling our office or using our online form. Please note that after 30 days, we cannot guarantee the return of lost items.
- Find My Cab is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in our vehicles.
- We strongly recommend checking the vehicle for personal belongings before exiting. However, we will do our best to assist in the retrieval of lost items as a courtesy to our valued customers.
- We encourage our customers to keep their belongings secure at all times and to double-check the seating area before leaving the cab.
